Ensono Expands Managed Hyperscale Cloud Services for AWS and Microsoft Azure

October 20, 2016

The cloud environments of large enterprises are massive, covering numerous locations and tens of thousands of users at any given time. This makes the management of hyperscale cloud services complicated, to say the least. Without the right management platform, enterprises will not be able to optimize the solutions they have in place. The new managed hyperscale cloud services for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure by Ensono will, according to the company, deliver a best-in-class solution to address this very issue.

Ensono provides solutions to help organizations operate their IT infrastructure by optimizing the resources they already have in place. The company supports mission-critical applications and workloads for some of the largest enterprises in the world. As a hybrid IT service provider, Ensono covers all platforms, from mainframe to cloud.

The new management solution will optimize AWS and Azure environments by assessing the current IT environment and transition to hyperscale clouds or on premises data centers. This includes successfully transitioning to the public cloud with full management of applications and workloads.

The new service was strengthened with the technology from Attenda, a hybrid IT managed services provider that was recently acquired by Ensono. The combined effort has created a solution that allows mid-to large -sized enterprises the agility and flexibility they need with IT operations while at the same time keeping costs down.

"Ensono Managed Hyperscale Cloud services underscore our expertise and ability to provide clients with the right platform for the right workload, and the flexibility to transition between platforms in a hybrid IT environment," said Scott Millhollin, senior manager, Managed Cloud Products for Ensono.

The services Ensono provides ensures the availability of client solutions no matter what kind of platform they use or where they are located. This type of reliability is critical for enterprises that have real-time services where availability can make or break a company.

The new Managed Hyperscale Cloud services features AWS and Azure enablement for enterprises to ensure the successful transition to these platforms, with proof of concepts, hybrid readiness assessments, transition services and in-flight Project delivery. It also includes enterprise applications for mission-critical business operations for Microsoft, SAP and Oracle on AWS and Azure environments. Additional services include, business intelligence, scalable SAP base managed services, hybrid identity and Azure assured continuity.

As more enterprises transition their IT workloads to hybrid cloud infrastructure, it is critical to have a managed services solution that is capable of handling this move. The Ensono Managed Hyperscale Cloud services provides the tools to simplify the transition between platforms in a hybrid IT environment.

Day 2, Cisco Live!

Tuesday was Day 2 of Cisco Live for Fiber Mountain and we continued to experience high levels of traffic, with many high value decision makers and influencers visiting our booth. One very interesting difference from most conferences I attend is that there are no titles on anyone's show badges. This allows open conversations without people being pretentious. I think this is a very good idea.
