Pivot Technology Solutions Declares Quarterly Dividend

TORONTO, May 5, 2016 /CNW/ - Pivot Technology Solutions, Inc. ("Pivot" or the "Company") (TSX-V: PTG) today announced that its board of directors has approved, under its dividend policy, a quarterly cash dividend on the common shares of the Company (the "Shares") in the amount of CAD $0.01 per Share (an annualized amount of CAD $0.04 per Share), which will be payable on June 15, 2016, to holders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2016.
