Apr 10, 2013 (SmarTrend(R) Upgrades/Downgrades via COMTEX) -- InterDigital (NASDAQ:IDCC) was downgraded from Outperform to Market Perform at William Blair today. The stock closed yesterday at $44.04 on volume of 268,000 shares, below average daily volume of 384,000. Potential upside of 9.7% exists for InterDigital, based on a current level of $44.04 and analysts' average consensus price target of $48.33. The stock should find resistance at its 50-day moving average (MA) of $45.45, as well as support at its 200-day MA of $38.54.

Over the past year, InterDigital has traded in a range of $22.37 to $82.50 and closed yesterday at $44.04, 97% above that low. Over the last five market days, the 200-day moving average (MA) has gone up 0.7% while the 50-day MA has remained constant.
