IMT confirms Frank Eliason, Citibank's Global Director for Social Media, Keynote at 4th Global Contact Forum in Mexico City, Mexico, March 5th-6th, 2013

New York, NY, Nov 29, 2012 ( via COMTEX) -- Mr. Eliason, a well known customer service advocate, believes customers want a pleasant experience the first time around, not a frustrating one. Mr. Eliason, who stated that he was "on a mission to fix what is wrong with customer service" was asked about the rise of social media in the global marketplace and his involvement in the event.
