PCTEL Schedules Third Quarter Earnings Conference Call for November 5, 2012

BLOOMINGDALE, Ill. --(Business Wire)--

PCTEL (News - Alert), Inc. (NASDAQ:PCTI), a leader in simplifying wireless and site solutions for private and public networks, announced today that it has scheduled its third quarter conference call to discuss earnings and revenue for Monday, November 5, 2012. The conference call details will be provided closer to the date of the call.

"We typically report to our shareholders during the fourth week following the end of the quarter. However, during the third quarter, the company acquired TelWorx and the remaining interest in PCTEL Secure. We also transitioned to a new Oracle (News - Alert)-based enterprise management system," said Marty Singer, PCTEL's Chairman and CEO. "We are taking additional time in our quarterly financial review process to accommodate these important events. For that reason, we are holding the conference call later than usual," added Singer.

The company also disclosed that its quarterly revenue would meet or exceed the upper end of its previous guidance for the quarter.
