DOCOMO Ranked Top for Fourth Straight Year in Business-Customer Satisfaction for Mobile Phone and PHS Services

Power Asia Pacific 2009-2012 Japan Business Mobile Phone Service Studies SM .

The study examined four factors to determine overall satisfaction: handset and service, troubleshooting, sales representatives, and cost.
